Parents, carers, coaches and teachers – you are not alone. skillforkids.com is a website dedicated to providing you with the practical skills and knowledge to nurture children's physical, social and emotional skill development, from early play to competitive sports and beyond.
About skillforkids.com
skillforkids.com is the brainchild of trained physiotherapist and tennis coach, Sean Fyfe. Founded in 2010, the website has been developed in response to the declining physical activity levels of children, the associated health problems such as childhood obesity and a greater understanding of what physical activity and sports participation does for human beings from a physical, psychological and social perspective. We aim to provide users with access to an extensive amount of information and instructions to help children develop skills from a very young age – all delivered in a practical and easy to understand format.
