Skillforkids.com Pty Ltd shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to your use of Skillforkids.com.  Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately. Any use of Skillforkids.com, by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes, modifications or additions.

Payment

Registration with Skillforkids.com costs AUD$110 (incl GST) per annum or AUD$25 (incl GST) per month. Skillforkids.com  Pty Ltd securely processes payments through PayPal. You can pay through your PayPal account or by using your Credit Card. Please read PayPal’s user agreement (available during the payment process) before finalizing your payment.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after you have registered for Skillforkids.com. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us at Cloaking

Product Specific Terms

When you register with Skillforkids.com you understand that:

(i) your account will be active for one year  or one month from the date of registration; and

(ii) video content downloading speed will be dependant on your internet connection.

Privacy

At Skillforkids.com Pty Ltd we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time but please note our refund policy above. If you would like to terminate your Skillforkids.com subscription you may do so by contacting us directly at Cloaking .

Skillforkids.com Pty Ltd shall have the right to immediately terminate your subscription in the event of any breach by you of these terms and conditions. The copyright provisions shall survive termination.
