We have also described 2 common characteristics of the non-mindful parenting experience. So now that we have discussed the challenges and barriers to mindful parenting, let’s look a little more closely at some skills that can be helpful in staying mindful through difficult parenting challenges. We will discuss 4 skills that, when developed together, can support your ability to foster your child’s well-being through mindful parenting.
